Introduction

Hi — Robert here.

I combine law, AI and blockchain so they work in real business settings and remain compliant with regulations. On a daily basis, I run OAAM Consulting. Since 2018, I have led the Blockchain and New Technologies Chamber of Commerce (IGBiNT) as its co-founder and president. My social work focuses, among other things, on education, local community matters and civic initiatives. I am the founder of the Fundacja Dzieci Rodzice Szkoła (FDRS), and I previously served as its president. I was also involved in the efforts that led to the launch of Miejsce Aktywności Lokalnej „Lokajskiego”. From 2018 to 2024, I served as a councillor for the Ursynów District of the Capital City of Warsaw — you can find my official profile here. I am also a mediator — I focus on dialogue and outcomes instead of court disputes. If you need a partner who can turn complex requirements into a clear implementation plan with measurable results, this is what I do.

What I Do

I design and implement AI solutions and tokenisation projects using a “compliance first, scale second” logic. Instead of promises, I deliver architecture, documentation and processes that stand up to audit and do not block innovation. I treat MiCA/DORA/NIS2/AML frameworks as a toolkit — using them to organise governance, roles and risk control so that management and operations speak the same language. More at OAAM Consulting.

Approach

I start with a short diagnosis of risks and objectives, then we agree together on a 30–60–90 day plan and success criteria. During the work, I keep presentations to a minimum — decision notes, checklists and a regular review rhythm matter more. After implementation, we run “lessons learned” and close the project properly: what works, what we scale, and what we switch off.

Focus Areas

In AI, the priorities are data security, model accountability and explainability — these are the foundations for discussions with auditors and clients. In tokenisation, usefulness is what matters: when a token solves a real problem, risk and business operate in the same rhythm. In stablecoins and e-money, I combine the legal and technical frameworks so that supervision and operations work coherently.

Social Impact

Technology makes sense when it strengthens people. I founded the Fundację Dzieci Rodzice Szkoła (FDRS) in 2017,  and it was formally registered with the National Court Register in March 2018. I served as the Foundation’s president and remain its founder. The idea grew out of many years of work within the Radzie Rodziców Szkoły Podstawowej nr 340 w Warszawie  and the need to provide real support to children and families. . I was also involved in the efforts that led to the launch of the Miejsce Aktywności Lokalnej „Lokajskiego” .

At the same time, within the Blockchain and New Technologies Chamber of Commerce (IGBiNT), I engage in dialogue with public administration on smart deregulation: less noise, more clear rules, and greater respect for innovation.

Parents’ Council of Primary School No. 340

This is my fifteenth year in the Parents’ Council of Primary School No. 340 in Warsaw— and my fourteenth year serving as its chair. This is where I most fully connect intent with execution: budgets, priorities, projects and communication with the school. And I have the pleasure of meeting many wonderful people and working alongside them for the benefit of children, the school and education.
